So, Ashish Chanchlani's Ekaki series Chapter 3 is finally live! It is titled "Invasion." You know, invasion basically means attacking someone or barging in somewhere without any permission. It’s a pretty intense title for what we are about to witness.
If you remember the previous chapter, Chapter 2, it felt like we were watching a ghost story. But by the end of it, things took a turn. Now, it has fully converted into an alien story. Continuing that same storyline, Chapter 3 is here.
I have watched it, so let’s talk about it quickly. Well hello, my name is Yogi, and we will keep meeting like this! I actually realized that this story would revolve around aliens quite early on.
The Hints Were Always There
We actually got a hint about this alien theme in the very first episode. However, a lot of people completely missed these Easter eggs. Let me tell you exactly where to look so you can see for yourself.
In the first episode, around the 5 minutes and 12 seconds mark, you will see a person dressed exactly like Hrithik Roshan from "Koi... Mil Gaya." It’s a subtle nod but it’s definitely there if you are paying close attention.
Just after that, at 5 minutes and 15 seconds, you can find a look that resembles Aamir Khan from "PK." If people had spotted this earlier, many would have understood the direction of the series much sooner.
This also shows that Ashish has really used a cinephile’s brain here. It’s clever storytelling. So, now we know that Ambora village, where these guys have gone, definitely has aliens. We don't know why they are there, but they are there.
Survival and Presentation
Now, the characters are planning how to escape from there while avoiding these aliens. This third chapter is entirely based on this premise. If I compare it to the other episodes, I have to be honest with you.
It felt a little lower than the others because the comedy was a bit less compared to the first two episodes. But, even if we put the comedy aside for a moment, the presentation is stellar.
The alien ship presentation, the camera angles, and all the night scenes are fantastic. In the midst of all this, the acting by all the actors is absolutely amazing. I was so excited after the end of Chapter 2.
The Wait for Answers
However, this "filling the ocean drop by drop" approach is testing my patience! I am really waiting to see when they will reveal why the aliens are actually there. What do they look like? How will Ashish present them?
But now I understand that the long break they took is getting justified. Whether you talk about the VFX shots or the creative credit scenes that come before every episode, they are very creative.
Considering that we are getting such high-quality content for free on YouTube, it is commendable. But Ashish, please confirm one thing: how many episodes are there going to be? We need to manage our expectations until the finale!
Final Verdict and What's Next
By the way, Chapter 4 is coming on January 5, 2026. So, once again, we have to wait. We will manage that much, I guess. Now, I want to hear from you guys about your rankings.
Where would you place Chapter 1, Chapter 2, and Chapter 3? For me, Chapter 2 comes first, then Chapter 1, and lastly Chapter 3. You should also let me know your list.
Oh, and there are two cameos in this as well. They aren't physical appearances, but they are there. Watch the episode and you will find out. See you in the next video!
